I don't know what they do, but as small as those boats are, I doubt that they would try to outrun it at sea. Probably tie up in a safe port.
 
Blackbeard boats headed for land yesterday. Since evacuation was ordered airlines are trying to get everyone out without change fees. They will hopefully be safe here ok in atlanta this afternoon.

Evac orders for The Bahamas?

We were getting rain spirals from Harvey here on Cozumel, but now we are getting them from Irene. Too bad they can't reach as far as Amarillo. :(
