Is the Sigma Tel dongle the same as the official "Silver Bullet" dongle from Scubapro?

I still cannot get the dongle to work...had a corrupt OS...just reinstalled and updated to 1903(no choice)...need to do a fix...

Nope is a SigmaTel branded dongle.

Read the .pdf from: https://ww2.scubapro.com/media/870734/scp_support_irda_windows_10-en.pdf about setting up Win10 set by set and you will be fine ;-)

Thanks Jake1955, I have walked through this doc...and taken my laptop to my work's IT help desk...a few times...we are still stuck at this point. It does not get in the way of diving [like the way that cutting a big hole in my foundation does], so I will get around to the fix at some point. I appreciate it!
