I wanted to post a thread in the 'classifieds: Tanks, Valves & Bands' forum. However, a message is showing on the page 'You have insufficient privileges to post threads here.' I used to post in the Marketplace without any issue. Is there any new restrictions?

Yes, it looks like precautions are being taken to hopefully prevent criminals from participating on this site.

Restrictions are now in place for classifieds and messages, for new users.
A low post count and low reaction score is considered a new user by the system.

We're looking into better solutions for classifieds.
