I'm actually having the same issue with "insufficient privileges".

I was able to post a BCD up for sale a couple weeks ago, but now seeing that I can't post any new threads in the Classifieds. Also tried checking "Access to Marketplace" in Preferences, but that didn't seem to do anything.

Did the requirements change?
