Wow, no shortage of misinformation in several of the posts above. (Except the part about Insel falling apart and the advice to avoid them if at all possible.)

Divi Divi only flies between Bonaire and Curacao via their small 9 passenger BN-2 Islander aircraft.
TUI flights to the ABC islands operate out of Amsterdam. It's not possible to book intra-island seats on TUI.
DAE went bankrupt and out of business in 2013.
Tiara Air went bankrupt and out of business in 2016.

It appears that PAWA Dominicana offers connections between Curacao and Aruba, but I know nothing about their airline or history of reliable operation etc. There's significant risk inherent with booking tickets on multiple airlines. If you miss a connection on one carrier the others are unlikely to rebook you gratis on a later flight. If this happens it's possible that you may have to purchase tickets again, subject to availability of seats.

The struggle with Insel is real. A couple of years ago one of our friends spent 3 days of his 7 day vacation waiting in Curacao for Insel to clear their backlog of cancelled and delayed flights from Curacao to Bonaire. Locals on Bonaire forced to occasionally fly the airline refer to it as "Insult Air". IMHO the only thing riskier than betting your vacation on an Insel flight is betting it on multiple Insel flights. You might get lucky... but then again luck is just that.
