If it is foreseable that someone might get the bends rescuing you because you knowinging risk your own life, you may wind up paying your rescuers medical bills. Interesting law tidbit... However, the criteria number 4 would negate stupidity in judgement of the rescuer if he ended up in the decompression chamber.
