Don't shrug off the cold water so quickly. St. Margarets Bay is where I do most of my dives and athough it's not Cuba there is still plenty to see. If you ever find yourself in Halifax drop me a line and I'll show you some nice spots. I'm not a guide by any streach but I can take you where I go.
This offer is of course void in winter. I may be crazy but I'm not that crazy.
