Would you like me to add a Moderator Alert to the posts in your name that are hacked/hijacked?

Yes, please!

I don't know about the rest of you; I keep a private file with a long list going back many years of sites I've got accounts with, and I've been digging through changing the 'bad' password (and using computer-generated strong passwords for some). As time goes on, I don't even remember all the places I've had accounts with.

Aside from the "too good to be true" price, this was the proof for me:

I have never known @drrich2 to be rude in any way. Would you like me to add a Moderator Alert to the posts in your name that are hacked/hijacked? I think there is some value in leaving them there for other members to read.

Hahahahah, I just read the thread, the total opposite of @drrich2. Perhaps that is the real @drrich2 and the one we are used to is the imposter????

Then use Keepass.

All my gadgets are Apple. I use the built in password manager. It syncs via iCloud and I have passwords available on all my devices.

A few of you, including the Chairman, Scubadada, Cardzard and WarrenZ have met me in person. Some have met my wife Jami and our daughter Kadence. That's a gray tree frog on her hand; they breed on a broken down hot tub repurposed as a 'pond' for her gold fish on our back deck.View attachment 656775 View attachment 656777 View attachment 656778
Hi Richard, nice to see you again. It's been a while since Breeze 'n Bites at Den Laman

Yeah it's quite disheartening when things get done to you

How to become a Supporting Member or Sponsor (Go Red)

I am extremely enthusiastic about diving, all my life, and a passionate SB member participator in a couple of guises for over ten years

When the chairmain put out the call for money via going red to fix his leaking roof I jumped at the chance to give back for my ten year SB participation, 100US, 140AUD

Becoming a sponsor came with goodies

ScubaBoard Sponsor

What Do Supporting Members Get?

In addition to all this, Sponsors get:

  • An additional 8 stickers (10 total).

  • An even bigger PM box.

  • A mug.

  • A pin.

I have NOT received any of the above physical items, a production problem apparently

My last enquiry with the chairmain, of which there have only been three was October 2020

My last reply from the chairmain was June 2020

I have chosen not to continue with my donations, the past two instalments of 100 dollars each

Not sure I understand but why you discontinued your donations?

@drrich2

Thanks for the reminder to go through my saved passwords and update a ton of them. I'd gotten an email from Google last week that said a number of passwords were exposed in a data leak (passwords I've saved in Chrome, which I no longer use. I use Safari now), but I didn't know if it was a valid or phishing email so I deleted it. Turns out it was valid - Saw the same alert when I went to my Google account to change my password. I'm embarrassed at how long I'd gone without updating some passwords. I usually use two factor authentication and was shocked to see I didn't have it enabled on my PayPal account. It is now!

And how is this even tangently related to @drrich2 getting his account hacked?
