Please go, and report back! I love Iloilo City as a cultural destination, but at the time we were living in the Philippines there was an oil spill off Guimaras that did a lot of damage, so didn't try to dive near there. This centre looks like a 2-3 hour drive, comparable to getting to Moalboal from Cebu, and you will certainly be on the road less travelled.
 
Non-diving friend in Iloilo asked his diving friends. Yes, the shop is reputable.
