Hello to the Scuba Board: I've enjoyed reading your forums and humor page and decided to join. I'm a Miami girl trapped in Illinois. Last dove in Bonaire last October and looking for an moderate (inexpensive) spring dive location. Any ideas are appreciated. Get me out of the snow and cold!!!

Depending where you are in Il, there are two good quarry dives:

Southern - Mermet http://www.mermetsprings.com/

Northern - Haigh http://www.haighquarry.com/
