ID Vintage Steel Cylinder

I just got the perfect cylinder for my minimalist rig.

Problem is, I don't know the exact volume (63 cuft?) and have no idea of what the REE should be.

Specs:

Galvanized Steel (3AA)
6.9" dia.
Very slightly less than 19.5" long from base to top of neck (no valve)
DOT 3AA2250
A2150
DACOR
8C70+ PST

It has been in hydro ever since, latest is 2013

Any and all details/history most appreciated...

I do not own a PST cylinder that size, but I own two Walter Kiddie cylinders that are the same dimension and pressure. I measured the internal volume using water. The air capacity of my cylinders is about 52 cu ft at 2475 psi.


The REE for my two small cylinders is 43.0 and 42.3 cc, but I don't think that is going to help you since they are not from the same manufacturer.
