Ice in Bonaire?

Hey...

Anyone know where I could get a bag of Ice on Bonaire?

I am bringing a cheap collapsable cooler for some water to take with us when we dive....

Just curious as to where one might get some ice....

As far as I know, ice is prohibited. Some kind of law.



Good Lord, man, it's everywhere. Some places, if you ask nice, it might be free.

Last time I was there I didnt remember seeing any bags of ice in the Cultimera....or the little convience store next to the Sanddollar....

Completely couldnt remember where to get some.....my bad!

When we stayed at Sand Dollar I got ice from the restaurant across the parking lot by the pool.

Cultimara does sell ice by the bag and sometimes Sand Dollar Grocery. Buddy Divers has an ice machine next to the front desk

We just throw our water bottles in the freezer and let them get mostly frozen rather than bothering with ice.
