The face looks more like a rock or coraline algae encrusted opihi, the rest of the body resembles a Penniform cone. They seem to hang out inside elkhorn corals. I didn't even know these things existed a couple years ago 'til I heard about them. Finally looked up a picture and have seen a couple since. This is the first one I've got a picture of.
