I need help threading my buckle, and I have already searched

Here: If the buckle is laying flat on it's back it's down in the first slot, up through the second slot, down in the third slot back up the first slot, tighten it up and you are good to go. I loosened it up a bit so you can see.

Using your picture as a reference.
The webbing goes down, then up then down again. The free webbing ends up on the smooth part of the buckle - you have it the other way around. The excess is stowed behind any bike tube you've added.
