There isn't a local shop that services apeks regs. So it looks like I am going to get Dive Rite or maybe an Atomic Z1. Anybody have and opinions, or even better, does anyone have experience with either reg.
I narrowed down my choices.

Apeks often does short courses to certify folks to work on apeks regs Luckily a local diver here in this isolated Rocky mountain town I live in took the course and works for cookies and beer.
