Yes, nothing really significant, it’s just to nice to risk it, it really belongs in a museum.
Just a G260 rapped in metal.
 
I would dive it unless someone offers you a exorbitant sum for it. But I'm not a collector, so I have no idea what something like this would be worth. I have a very good to excellent condition original pilot that I rebuilt a while back with some hard-to-find o-rings (and a butt-load of time) that I wouldn't mind trading. Pretty much all my diving these days is cave diving and I'd probably never use that pilot in a cave. I'm sure your NOS balanced/adjustable is worth more, but I don't know how much.

Then again, one of the reasons I don't use the pilot in cave diving is that regulators tend to get knocked around a bit while lugging tanks to/from the entrance. So maybe a perfect-condition rare 2nd stage like yours would not be appropriate for that either.
