Well, unfortunately I have my corrugate hose bungeed down. My inflator slips down past the bungee and I'll probably have to use my left hand to deploy it. So either option is a process. =[

I was afraid so. I'm currently sporting an Oxycheq Light sock with my primary light.
Guess I 'll have to loosen the bungee to slip it off my wrist easier.
Thanks for the quick response guys.
Its tough with those. Even if you did put a goodman handle on it, your chances of dropping it and subsequently losing it are pretty high. With a can light, its attached to you all the time.
I don't know what's worse, coming slightly out of trim (god forbid..) to dump from the corrugated hose or blinding your buddy. I'd probably just dump from the corrugated hose and be done with it, but I really think light socks aren't a good answer.
Sorry for the highjack but I have a somewhat similar question I did my first two dives with a can light on saturday (LOVE IT). While I switched the light head from left to right for dumping I wasn't quite sure how the procedure is for inflating the wing. I surely could switch the head from left to right as well and push the inflator button with my left hand (as usual) or I can use my right hand to push the inflator button (no switching needed). A third option might be to use my left hand for inflating while not switching the head to the right hand while trying to move slowly to not give any suspicious light signals. I don't want to ingrain bad habits from start on, so how do you guys do that?

I would look into something like this as a temporary solution if you don't have the funds available for a proper can light yet.
