In all the years I have posted on Scuba Board maybe sold two pairs of Force Fins. Thank you, Jean-Marc, for your support with Aerohance.

This kind of reposting is all over YouTube. You Tube is allowing a third party to co-opt Force Fin videos. After weeks of email they will do nothing. Codgrimreaper is being allowed to rip us off. YOU Tube is allowing this rip off.
Jonelli - This is not repost. It is a co-optnig of the ForceFin2020 youtube channel, control of the videos p;roduced at great expense, is monetizing for his own benefit the Force Fin links and embeds that have generated more than 433,000 views, and marketing his dark video games via our good will. This kind of reposting is all over YouTube.
The video you linked was posted 14 years ago as are the other FF videos posted on this channel (some even older). The channel only has 484 subscribers and none of the videos has a significant number of views for monetization.
It’s up to you as it’s your trademark, but why not just look at it as free advertising. Otherwise, you’ll likely waste a lot of time (and money if you get lawyers involved) for something that does not seem to hurt Force Fins (might even help) and you would not make any money on even if you posted these yourself!
All of the co-opted/stolen Force Fin videos on the channel were posted 14-17 years ago. 433,000 views over that time wouldn’t generate anything worth mentioning in terms of revenue. I’m not saying it’s OK as it’s definitely not - just not sure it’s worth your time/money to take down.
I also looked at several of them and the embedded links generally take you to bad/inactive webpages - mostly bad Force Fin links - not sure they make any money on that (but I could be wrong)?
Are your videos copyrighted? If so, I would think that you could get YouTube to pull them down via a copyright strike as a lot of musicians/record labels appears to be doing just that these days with folks using copyrighted music in their videos? But that may cost you with legal fees to pursue?
You’ll have to decide if “the juice is with the squeeze” for you to pursue. Unless these videos of yours being posted by this jerk on his channel are actually costing you any money or creating any other actual problems for you, I’d say leave it alone - but only you can decide that. Go
Thank you. I will deal with this in the right way.
