So I see they're still doing that construction on I-10, near the 60. What's a good way to bypass that area? Traffic gets so bottlenecked there, as they start moving people over 5 miles before they had to...

not being very familiar with that part of the valley but wouldn't taking 202E to Loop 101 and taking it all the way around to the 17 be an option? I assume your talking about heading to the lake.

Yeah, I was talking about going to the lake. Is the 202 exit before the construction? I know I can hit the 101 loop and make it around pretty easily--did this last time. And I know I scoped out an exit that was before the construction--it's hard to get to the 60 as they start closing off and it gets crowded. But the 202 should help, I *think*. Just want to verify.

You'd hit the 202 offramp before the 60 from the way your heading but once again not my territory.

Actually I used maps.google.com in lieu of asking a scuba diving forum for directions , Although I have been outside of my 5mi. comfort zone more times than I care to admit lately purely out of boredom...*sigh* I really need a job
