I did miss the note about the low pressure on the home unit, so I will offer this article for those interested in the diabetic wound care information. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy - About - Mayo Clinic

The original posters link to a Craigslist home unit, that @scubadada calls a toy, might be useful to other types of treatments, but I'll say it again, if manned by a trained technician. Getting someone with medical training is certainly better than getting "well meaning" internet advice.

Sorry, I did not state, I am a physician with training in HBO, Infectious Diseases.

i recall your mentioning that there is Hyperbaric chamber training in Key Largo. This is a class i have considering taking, or one like it, although i am not a medical doctor.
My dive tank is 2atm at the bottom and I go on pure O2 back and forth to air for 20 minutes a day.. Works great for my MS. When in Bonaire I go deep on Nitrox 32 for the same treatment.
Jim..
I have a friend struggling with MS that I have recommended ask her doctor about hyperbaric treatment. I am hoping she feels some difference
