I thought I saw pix on your web site identifying one of the divers as "Sterling". I guess I was mistaken.

Anyway, I don't think an LLC protects your name the same way a Fictitious Business Name does. My health insurance provider required me to refile my Fictitious Business Name when I created my LLC. So I have both. Not sure if it was necessary from a legal standpoint or just something the insurance company needed.

haha, well it is sterling but the point of my business name isn't to be my name but to be what sterling actually means...

another problem..... someone once upon a time, like yesterday, said a minor cant own a corporation? bull ****, wouldnt the governemtn have stopped me like when i filed or like after i called them 20 thousand times or when i gave my social security number??????

do you know?

A quick Google comes up with conflictings answers; some say minors cannot be members of an LLC and others say they probably can. So, I dunno, but I'm 30 years past needing to worry about it.
