I'm a little shorter than you guys (5'10"), but proportionally am also short-legged/long-waisted and I find the Worthington HP120 is d^mn near perfect for me. Sure, I don't usually need all that gas, but then there are those 120' wrecks where it's awfully nice. And they trim out so nicely!
It's also the single most efficient cylinder made in terms of dry weight vs. gas capacity.
Only thing I don't like is the fact that carrying them from the top kind of forces me to scrunch up my shoulders to keep them from dragging - and after multiple boat trips in a day, hauling them back and forth, those particular muscles sure do ache!
That said, the HP100 is certainly one versatile tank and fits nearly everyone, so if you think you'll be loaning yours out much, that might tip things in favor of the 100's.
