You also have to account for shrinkage in cold water, right? The gas expands and swells your bag when it gets really hot. So you need to really blow hard on that sausage to avoid a flaccid one on the surface.
 
And don't forget about the nipples! They're very important. They come in different shapes and sizes. And for a proper deployment, you have to put that nipple in your mouth before you can launch the rocket in your drysuit pocket!
 
The next question is oral or mechanical simulation, I mean inflation? Do you make the opv pop or let it burst on the surface?
