I would pay for my son and his wife s scuba lesson s and buy them all there scuba gear.

We have some debt we're paying off, so all of it would go to that.
If I had no debt, than anything is fair game. Whatever I wanted to do at the time. Prolly a kick ass dive trip.

Use it as a downpayment on 180k investment real estate property. Pay the 180k down to 130k over the next 8yrs. Sell at 360k. Use 230k gain to purchase $7,000,000 worth of investment real estate. Start selling off after 4 yrs. Purchase large boat, dual engines, flying bridge. Drop 30 grand on scuba gear. Drive boat to Bahamas and live on it five years while planning your next move.
