I am looking on getting something small I can fill up tanks so I can start diving more than twice a month. This is probably my best bet without spending A couple thousand dollars I know it will take a decent amount of time to fill up a 80 but I do not mind it if I can just get in a couple Dive’s a week without having to go to the Dive shop to get my tanks filled which is an hour away what would I need to connect this To my tank from my basic understanding, it seems to be some type of filter with a quick connect at the end.

What exactly about it would not work I have seen several people use it for diving and they said it fills up an 80 no problem and I saw somebody even do gas testing on it and it was completely safe air coming out of it

That means they got breathable air once. Read the links about what it takes to produce breathing gas over the long term.

If you know so many people using it for diving then why are you on here asking how to do it? Please listen to the advise being given here.
 
To try and give you a straightforward answer: Air quality with pressurized gas is hugely important. Even if your compression of choice filters out, say, 99% of the humidity in the air, you're compressing the air by a factor of 200, so at 70% humidity of your starting air, you end up with 0.7% humid air entering the tank. Once compressed, that's 14% humidity of the air in your tank.

Now, that doesn't sound so bad, but consider a few things. First, that 14% humidity is a constant temperature point. As temperature changes, so does the moisture capacity of the air. Easy to see how you could end up with precipitation (Ie, liquid water building in the tank). This leads to the second factor. You're filling the tank over and over again, and presumably aren't taking the time to thoroughly clean and dry it after each use (and frankly, if you are, that costs more than your fill costs tbh). Thus, the water that lingers builds up with each fill until you wind up with quite a bit of moisture. Even in an aluminum tank, this is a problem, because moisture can grow bacteria and mold that can make you sick.

Lastly, consider: moisture isn't the only thing in the air. Oil fumes and other impurities can build up by the same process, and the gas that was safe to breath on the first fill could very quickly become extremely dangerous. Logically speaking, you could take that compressor and hook it up to some sort of filtration system and make it safe to use, but I suspect the cost and maintenance requirements of doing so would fast approach that of a normal scuba compressor.

tl;dr: safe to breath once doesn't mean it's safe to breath every time, and ultimately, this is a bad place to skimp out. Trust me, I'm a cheapskate too. I've run the numbers. You can save money doing your own fills, but it takes a great deal of time and deliberate effort to start.
 
Just get a searc for used tanks going, si whenever you go to the diveshop, you fill 5 tanks instead of 1. A LOT cheaper than running a compressor:)
 
chasey want's his own compressor which I fully understand. And even if I do not, he still wants his own compressor, that's fine.

2 cylinders only producing 4'500 psi will create very, very hot air. Hot air is difficult to clean by any filter. Never ever would I breath air coming out of such a compressor.

Happy diver's link is very interessting. A Bauer Junior at such a price is not possible. Is it a Bauer Junior copy? I am confused.
