Of all the do it yourself coatings Galvalite is the best by far. It is the closest to hot dip galvanize than any other product.

I've decided to give Gavalite a try. I placed an order directly through ZRC today. The local supplier is Hughes Supply, but they were on backorder and more than double the price that ZRC quoted me. I'll post with results and some pics of the finished products.

Roll on 3 coats with a foam roller.
