When it gets to be about a month to a month and a half since you got back from the last trip.
Coming up on 50+ days, can't overcome the persistent depression, heading down next weekend for a fix. Not sure if El Cid's Web Cam helps or hurts.

Every second of every minute of every day...but mostly chopping ice when it's 8 degrees outside, the wind is blowing 20+ And your bull is standing on your foot pretending he's deaf....or unclogging a sewer line for a renter who's grandson flushed his sippy cup, a roll of paper towels, his rubber duck , then Took a dump the size of a large cat and is 3 weeks late on the rent .....
