Went out with Kona Honu Divers yesterday and had a great time. We did suck'em up on our first dive and I got a great video of my buddy going through it then magically getting flushed back in.
You can see him at the beginning of the clip exiting the cave which is perpendicular to the shoreline. You're supposed to time it just right with the surge so you shoot off to the left as the water goes back away from shore. After he went out, you can see me heading towards the cave for my turn and then out of the blue (pun intended) he gets sucked back in to the cave. At the end of the video, you see him holding on so he doesn't get flushed out again ... Lots of fun

Original video quality is much better but google video did a little better compression quality than youtube.
