I'm closing this thread after my post. This was meant as an announcement to tell how we choose Moderators. We have just taken 5 new people that were willing to help us, and make this happen.
The 'snake and poop' stuff makes no sense in this thread.
If you have any further questions about how we choose our moderators feel free to PM us.
