Thats why they let you stay Mike. Its also why you got moderator status. You and I are much alike (you're just nicer). I have more respect for you than most anyone here because you always tell it as you feel it is.

Well, I'm the one you can blame for NetDoc. And many of the rest. I voted them in. I'm still trying to live it down! Ha!
Seriously, I think we have a great team of moderators.
What do I look for?
I alway keep a running list of people I am watching. I have two more on my list that will be ready soon.
They are very new. I try to give them a little time as just a member, before I throw them into the hot fire.
I also look for a broad range of time zones. This way we are covered when different coasts are fast asleep.
