To compress with something, or to not compress at all, that is the question

I've got about 40hrs on my Knockoff MCH6, I just top off tanks for CCR. I've got less than $1500 invested in the compressor so far and it's done all I need it to. I'm on the lookout for something else but anything in the 5k range is beat to **** for $10k+ and huge.

To answer your question: not at all. MCH6 typically fail after 20 to 50 hours.
