Heh -- At least $1000 on equipment alone...I _hope_ a week's diving on the BC coast doesn't run me more than $1500.

Hmmm...then there are plane tickets.

I should have voted a notch higher....

Not much training on the horizon for this year (maybe a sidemount class) but said sidemount interest may result in some gear investments. Several trips planned, but nothing really blowout. I said 5 to 10, but it may well end up being a little bit more.

Just enough to get my SideMount gear and raise my wife's eyebrows!

no training, very little gear, mostly on 2 one-week trips, at least 1 on a liveaboard

Training 2,500.00 (TDI Advanced Nitrox, Decompression procedures and Helitrox)
Travel 3,200.00
Equipment repairs 700.00 just on my dry suit (zipper and pockets)
New equipment 1,000.00
Hydro on doubles estimate 60.00
Equipment service 400.00

I guess that would put me in the 5,000.00 to 10,000.00 range

Some training, a little bit of gear. Most our spending will be on dive travel. I picked 5-10, due to travel expenses.

just finished booking a trip for May 8-24 to Cozumel.
So far about $5,000 on that .
We usually do 2 trips a year. 2010 did a week at Turneffe Island Resort in Belize followed by a week aboard the Cayman Agressor, then topped it off with a Christmas week trip to Coz.
