I never worked out in a gym with "color coded" anything, except for the cute little, pink, girly-man, dumb-bells  .

Was that supposed to be a shot???? Those are the ones I use for bench press. I must now take off my lace-cuffed, weight lifting glove and slap you across the face in order to save any level of respectability!:D

When I was in high school I wrestled the 147 pound weight class and benched 225.

Today, that weight would do serious damage to me (both physically and mentally).

As little as possible.:D

I don't really spend any time on a weight bench, but I weigh 250 and can do pull-ups and push-ups easily enough. I use 35 lb dumbbells for my workout at home, with sets of 15, 12, and 8 reps.

I used a leg press machine for a while in school, but I'm not sure what my upper limit would be, since I was able to do 3 sets of 15 reps with the whole stack with relative ease.
