I use a Pelican hard case for my camera and strobe, but as everybody told you, don't let it in the rinse tank, if the space in the boat allows it, a cooler is a great option.

Just set it on top of my dive(mesh) bag under my seat------no problems in almost 3 years with my Canon housing(& we all know the Canon's are a POS when it comes to holding up---lol--wait, let me take my tongue out my cheek)....
