I got my students out today in 6' of water and 1/2' of vis! We hit the intracoastal behind Topical Divers (Thanks Pete!). At least we got through OW 1&2 and I am very proud of the way they handled the low vis. I was just happy to be underwater and sucking on some 42%.

Got my fingers crossed for next weekend.
 
Sorry to hear they scratched the trip, but at least you got caught up on your reading. Like I said above, at least there's next weekend!

Next weekend is not looking overly positive right now. Looks like Wednesday is the day to dive.

I think I'm going to look at taking students to a spring next weekend.

I'm going to head north and hit either DeLeon or Alexander Springs. It depends on which students want to hit the springs. If it's only my AOW student, then we my hit 40 fathom and do the deep dive...
