You are also missing a "travel dog-bone" plate option. You need to have this in Aluminum and carbon fiber (if carbon fiber can handle it).

This is a pretty solid suggestion. The dog bone backplate seems quite eye-catching—KDLV actually brought this up with me before. But we still need to look into whether there’s enough market demand to develop this backplate.
I think I might have misunderstood the part about the size. I was thinking in terms of wing size, since all our backplates are regular size. Offering different sizes is actually a great idea, but it feels like the target market for that would be pretty niche.

Hmm... different size backplates. That would be difficult.
The Tecline dog-bone and the XS Scuba backplate are small enough for a tiny lady to dive comfortably with them and I am also pretty ok with the plates myself (I am tall).

But carbon and titanium dog-bone plates are what's missing now (+ good and easy to source chest straps, I cannot source the IST one in Europe).

Let me clarify. When I mentioned different-sized backplates, I am talking about regular shape backplates, NOT the dogbone plate. The dogbone plate should be only one size, the regular market standard size.

It seems strange to include an adjustable shoulder strap, which some people will probably determine to be complex and unnecessary, while not including an optional cross chest strap which is very popular with many people. I also would prefer to have the tank straps pass through the back plate itself - i.e., slots would be something I would want.

Look at the Sub Gravity adjustable harness system, it's a much better design. It's clean, simple and doesn't have any plastic parts. I have one and love it. Adjustable Harness System - SubGravity
I have its predecessor from Golem Gear. I'll be taking it on my next Socorros trip where we were required to remove our BCs in the water. A bit of a pain even with a loose OPH.

We have accessories with a similar design for sidemount, but we haven’t planned to place them on a backplate BCD. If customers have such a need, we can sell this accessory separately.

Many of us prefer a basic harness and I suggest offering that as an option (or even as a standalone item - occasionally harnesses they need replacing). No adjustable straps or chest strap. It’s just webbing and hardware, so nothing new to manufacture and should be cheaper to produce.
