First on behalf of American Divers Int’l I apologize to our student that had a substantial delay receiving his certification card at ADI.

None of ADI’s employees or instructor caused this, it was totally my fault.

I put forth this circumstance that happened, not as an excuse, because there is NO excuse.

My wife and I were preparing to visit our first Great Grand Baby, in the rush I misplaced paperwork needing to be done before our departure.

The students training record was in this paper work. Totally my fault!!

I apologize to our student, PADI, and all of our wonderful customers.

This is not the way ADI has done business over the past 35 years.

We have changed our procedures to prevent this from ever happening again.

And a public apology! You da man. Grand kids happen! :D It's a good thing! Everyone's happy now.

Way cool. Anyone can have a bad day or even a couple of weeks. Everyone will make mistakes and some of them are bigger than others. An apology goes a long way to heal the wounds and re-establish trust.

Absolutely correct.

Now if only politicians can admit their mistakes as easily as ADI

May I change that to: "Now if everybody....

all well that ends well....good to read a thread like this.
