Hoping for a response

I have posted this note saying hello and inviting new friends along for a nice diving trip in Florida in a month and a half. So far, not one response....not even to say hi. Is it my breath?? Oh well, I'm gonna keep trying. If I don't meet a dive buddy or two for this trip, maybe I can at least "meet" some new friends for later dives....:

I just wanted to say hello to all. I am looking for dive buddies as I am new to this area and don't really know anyone. I am planning a weekend down at Manatee Springs starting Sept. 10th. I am pretty new at diving, but I am willing to learn everything possible. I have the site, 3 tents, airbags, and all other stuff needed for a good trip. My wife and child don't dive, so even though they are coming along, I need a dive buddy or two to complete the trip. All you have to bring is a sense of adventure and be ready to explore the beauty of this magnificent spring. (Oh yeah, bring your own food....I have the camping stuff, but I'm not rich lol). Of course, you can bring your family if you like, but please remember, I'm only allowed 8 people STAYING at the site per night. Join in the fun and you WILL find dive buddies.... and whenever you travel and wish to dive, always check out their local forum to get inside information and tips.
