Luis, I'm not sure about inner ear, although there could be a way for the inner ear to sense a change in airway pressure.
However, while lungs themselves can't "sense" pressure, muscles and tendons are very good at sense difference in length and tension. So it may be that the difference felt in breathing resistance is really your respiratory muscles/tendons signaling that they're working more or less hard.
