Perfect for leisure diving, wrecks, and silt diving. Very agile and has good output for little effort, but wouldn't recommend for those with strong calves, quads. Also very baggage-friendly since it is light weight
Size is Medium-Large. Not sure what that means, but fits my US10 booties fine. Can probably go up to 12 (or if you have thick booties)
