I've had excellent customer service from OMS so far, even as far as having the president John Griffiths contact me via e-mail. You don't see that very often.

I didn't know things were that slow over at OMS if the President has time to sit around and email customers.

Thanks for the sympathy, UP. Well, it should be a fairly quick fix one way or the other (Halcyon Service vs. Home AquaSeal Remedy). And on the positive side, with a hole this size, it's still diveable . . . I think.

...when he hired a VPOC (Vice President of Condolences) to send out all the sympathy letters to dead customers' families. Since he only has a couple dozen living ones to contact, he is able to give them a lot more personal attention than before..

...they incorporated the snorkel after they were having some problems with their Life Analyzers (some people kept insisting the readings were false, and that they were, in fact, alive). They figured if they include the PASS (possibly alive snorkel system), your loved one could breathe in the BBB. FYI - make sure you bury him/her with some shears so they can get out...
