The Cyklon name survives in the Poseidon regulator range if the Swedish company's 2020 catalogue is anything to go by . . .

Sure, the Cyklon second stage is just about identical to the older models; though there have been about three changes to the design of the first stage, from "compensated" pistons to balanced diaphragms since then . . .

Wow ! This one looks terribly both bulky and cumbersome. I wonder what you'd fill like underwater with it on your back. Anybody dove one ?

The "cool" factor is an 11, but diving it is like diving with a boston whaler on your back. I have only dove mine a few times for fun (dove my At-Pac without it for 30 years) and it has massive amounts of drag, your exhaled bubbles get into it, it is noisy, and surface swimming on your back is a hoot!
