hey Sas have you met my friend Bygolly yet....
Bygolly Sas was with us invading the rock so knows how hard it was to get rid of back scatter...
A1 has a massive camera setup probably worth nearly as much as our car lol hang on I'll post a couple shots one with sas and one with A1..... heheh any excust to post pics

Hi Sas....I've seen a lot of your posts over the last year. Good stuff. I think we did meet here some time ago though.

yep I know it is possbile to get a srtobe for my camera but I found that when I just had the film camera which I have a strobe for... most of the time I didn't bring the camera.. left it in the car.. that strobe mounted on makes it so much more difficult to manage... especially with my disability:shakehead:

Yes...that was a quick edit....I thought....man that is some good software...not only did it take care of the backscatter, it moved the shark in closer and changed its direction.

Hello :) Yes I believe I remember you from one of the Australian diving threads and also petunia has talked about you guys :)

Petunia, I mainly like my shots to be 'journalistic' rather than arty so I know what you are saying about being a purist however the flash picks up a lot more backscatter than I see when diving so I don't think there is anything 'impure' about removing it :D I tried to do it once but Picasa doesn't do it very well so I gave up. Don't have photoshop or anything like that. I have started clicking 'I'm Feeling Lucky' in Picasa and that often makes things brighten up a bit. :)

fish tells me Aw just posted some of A1's shots in the Invade the Rock thread.. gotta go have a quick peek brb
