At the moment I'm not. I was laid off from my job as a contractor at a refinery in Dec, so I'm using my free time to work on a real estate project for my family.

Yes, but there is always a crisis somewhere. Most just don't realize until it impacts them directly. It does bring about a certain appreciation for what you have tho.
