high pressure quick disconnect

i have an axiom i3 it has gauge pocket on the left side that is quite small. has anyone ever bought / used a quick disconnect for the HP line for your gauge? pros / cons ?

Some instructors do that as they use a simple SPG for pool work and then swap it out for a computer when conducting OW dives. Not sure about the axiom i3. IMHO Suunto makes one of the nicer QD. Shameless plug I have one for sale.

I have been using the Oceanic Data Link for years. I run the same console on multiple regulator sets. They have held up well but they do represent 1 more item to maintain.
