High or Low pressure steel tank?

I would absolutely recommend a HP steel tank. Either 80 or 100. I dive cold water and wear a 7mm with a hood. The steel tank is negative bouyancy and will allow you to carry about the same amount of weight that you would carry for warm 1 mm waters. High pressure ensures longer dives and the size of the tank is small in comparison to low pressure.

I consider the 3442psi 100's to be *the* tank for general diving, anymore.

That's what my wife and I use. She the 80, I the 100. Works out fine.
Love that name Lady G'Diver - very clever!
