Great report and great pictures! Loved every word and image. Now if only my pictures would look like that:)

Having just returned a few weeks ago from Playa and Cozumel. Both great places to dive, even after the hurricanes.

Having only been to Cozumel twice, we did notice the sand on the reefs, but we also noticed the added swim throughs at Palancar Gardens and Palancar Horseshoe. Wildlife still as great as it was, IMO.

Sorry to post a link to another board, but this report is amazing...full of beautiful pictures and provides very accurate and updated information on the diving conditions here, now exactly 7 months after Wilma. Easily one of the best trip reports I've ever read!

This just shows how fast everything is bouncing back and that the diving is still spectacular...unless you're one of those people that jumps in for a quick dive, zipping through the water focusing on the scattered areas of damage and newly exposed sections of reef (that were buried in sand before Wilma) rather than taking time to enjoy the dives and marine life.
