The Aqua lock wetsuit is very warm. It is definitely warmer than the Henderson H2 in the same thickness. I just purchased one and dived it this weekend. I really like it. Everyone I know who has one loves how warm it is.
The orange liner definitely is prone to pulling from velcro as someone mentioned. I haven't used the gloves or hood, since I have other henderson products that work fine with this wetsuit.
The sizes run similar to other Henderson suits if that helps you with sizing.
