I just bought an Intova IC600 after reading many posting here and on other forums. The camera and housing came with a wonderful manual on how to set up and work the camera but nothing but a small flyer on "carefully inserting the camera into the case and shutting it".
It says to use silicone grease on the O rings but now how ofter and.....the grease wasn't included with the case. Why would they send something and tell you to use grease and not even give you a small tube to get started.
Is there anywhere more information is obtainable like....what "kind" of silicone grease, does the springs for all the buttons need any kind of oil, things to look out for when closing, sealing, etc?
Seems funny that so much is sent on the camera and hardly anything on the enclosure which is why I bought this camera (taking pictures while diving)!!

The IC 600 is one of our older models and does not have detailed info. Standard silicone grease is fine for Orings. Wash the buttons carefully with cool fresh water after each dive to prevent salt build up, this will cause buttons to stick.
