Sigh. This kind of activity is heartbreaking.

Don't recognize the diver.... but can identify the "type".... much like the wasteful behavior Kekaulike Tomich was describing in his letter, this personality type is alive and well (here in Hawaii, and everywhere I guess).

Hope the guy is eventually caught; but I think keeping the public educated & aware of the problem is the only real longterm solution.... that picture is worth its weight in gold in that respect.

I think Kekaulike Tomichis writing worth its weight in gold too. I've worked as an Oceanographer and Fisheries Biologist all over the world and I have never read the goal of Fisheries Management better put.
